We offer free delivery in most regions in the province of Quebec. Certain restrictions may apply for deliveries to certain remote territories. If you live in an area with free delivery restrictions, fees will be applied to your bill at checkout.
All our furniture is made to order. Therefore, please allow 10 working days for receipt of your order.
Your order will be delivered to your door or to the reception of your residential building according to what has been decided by our carrier. A tracking number for your order will be sent by our transporter and will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery so that you can plan the reception of your furniture. If you are unable to receive your order, you may have to collect your order later at a location determined by the carrier. In these cases, please provide a vehicle and pairs of arms sufficient to handle and transport the boxes.
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, Logiflex accepts returns within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order. Fees corresponding to 20% of the order value will be required and deducted from the reimbursement amount.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order.
- The return form must be duly completed and approved by Logiflex.
- Returned items may be subject to inspection before refund.
To receive a refund, items must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition. The packaging must be complete, including the assembly instructions.
Refunds are made according to the original payment method. Please allow 10 to 15 business days after receipt of the returned order before obtaining a refund.
Logiflex does not make any exchange. To order new items, you must complete the return form in order to be reimbursed. You can then place a new order on our site.
To obtain a refund, you must duly complete the return form. What you should plan before starting the procedure:
- The invoice with the item(s) for which a refund is requested.
- Check that the period of 30 days has not been exceeded.
- Photos may be required.
- A Customer Service representative will contact you within 72 hours of the return request.
- You must print the return slip which will be sent to you if your return is accepted.
- You will need to contact the transporter to coordinate the shipment of the furniture for the return.
Missing or damaged parts
Logiflex does everything in its power to dispatch each order with all parts and components in good condition and according to what is required for the assembly of your furniture. If, however, a part is missing or if a part has been delivered damaged, you can contact Customer Service or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that a representative can order the parts requested for you.
Logiflex offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for its chairs and home furnishings. This warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects. Only the original purchaser can submit a warranty claim.
Defects Refers to an imperfection which means that the furniture cannot be used as intended.
Usage The warranty covers normal residential use. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from commercial use, does not apply in the event of negligence, misuse, abuse, modification of products, accident and if maintenance was not done in accordance with the recommendations available on our website.
Logiflex reserves right to accept or refuse the warranty claim following the inspection of the goods for which the warranty applies.
Logiflex policy is that it will not reimburse the purchaser for the acquired goods. A replacement product representing the equivalent value of the original article will rather be offered.
