Visit the product page of the furniture you purchased. Each product page has its own “Installation guide” section where you can find the one you need.

You will receive a purchase confirmation by email a few minutes after your purchase. Once the furniture is in the possession of the carrier, you’ll also be sent a shipping confirmation, with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Yes, some tools are needed for furniture assembly. Consult the installation sheets of each product for specific details.
We do not have any stores and our furniture comes straight from the factory, so it’s not possible for you to pick up or exchange your furniture in person. Everything is done by carrier.

It is not possible for us to reserve or put a product on hold. But don’t worry! Our products come directly from our Sherbrooke plant, so they’re rarely out of stock—you can be sure to get what you’re looking for!
It is not possible to change an order once it has been placed.
